Welcome to DarVincii. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of darvincii.com (the “Site”) and any orders you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Pickup-Only Orders

DarVincii does not offer shipping or delivery. All orders placed through the Site are for pickup only, at the pickup date and time window you select at checkout. Please bring a valid form of order confirmation (such as your confirmation email) when you arrive.

Ordering & Availability

Our menu changes regularly and is limited by ingredient availability and batch size. Online ordering for a given pickup date automatically closes a set number of days beforehand to allow us time to prepare. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you using the phone number or email you provided.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the Site are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time you place your order through Square, our payment processor. Prices charged in person at pickup (processed through our point-of-sale system) may differ from online prices.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at goodvibes@darvincii.com or (509) 253-7890, ideally before your scheduled pickup time. Refunds and order changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Allergen & Ingredient Disclaimer

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. While we’re happy to answer questions about ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen due to shared equipment and preparation space. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarVincii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your order, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
